Currently, Days Gone is enjoying a higher player count of 19,053 players compared to Horizon’s 2983, but that’s mostly due to the former being brand new, whereas the latter has been available on Steam for almost a year now. But, according to Steam Database, and reported on by VG247, when Horizon launched on PC last August, it managed to attract 56,557 players, which so far remains its all-time peak. Days Gone’s all-time peak, by comparison, is only 27,450, which it achieved two days ago....

Garvin’s controversial comment started by telling video game players that, “If you love a game, buy it at f****** full price.” He’d go on to add that game players shouldn’t, “complain if a game doesn’t get a sequel if it wasn’t supported at launch.” Garvin would go on to criticize piracy, as well. Patricia Wick was looking after five-month-old Reed Nelson at her home in Carrington, North Dakota, along with at least one other child.
