Ashana Odom’s lawyers filed a complaint on Wednesday saying that her 3-year-old son was grabbed by the arm and slung at The Sunshine House’s location in Aiken. The staff member, identified as D’aja Brown by WRDW 12, was allegedly fired a day after the incident despite the day care covering it up. The complaint also said that a supervisor was nearby but on her phone as the boy was hurt....

Day had been set to make his fifth appearance at the event, but Ernie Els has now had to call up a replacement in the form of An, who has had three top 10 and eight top-25 finishes in the 2018-19 PGA Tour season. TOULOUSE, France (Reuters) - Wing back Matteo Darmian was left out of the Italy side, who are seeking to secure qualification from Group E with a win against Sweden on Friday. Italy international Darmian has been linked with a return to Serie A, but with the league’s transfer window closing on Friday a deal has not materialised. Darmian started United’s first Premier League game of the season and is in line to continue in Mourinho’s side as Antonio Valencia is not fit enough to play despite returning to full training. And Mourinho indicated Darmian will remain a United player regardless of Valencia’s return, as well as the signing of teenager Diego Dalot likely limiting his minutes on the pitch this season....

Actor Ray Park, best known as the physical actor behind Darth Maul throughout the Star Wars series (though the character is always voiced by someone else, even in live action), recently made a rather cryptic post on Instagram that immediately caught the eyes of Maul fans. Jessica Johanna Oseguera González, known as “La Negra,” is the 34-year-old daughter of the Mexican drug lord “El Mencho” of the Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generacion (CJNG). Oseguera González was convicted on the basis that she violated the Kingpin Act by conducting financial business with six Mexican businesses that had been sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury (OFAC). “This sentence shows that violating the Treasury Department’s sanctions of businesses and persons tied to foreign drug cartels will not go unpunished,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Nicholas L....
